Section 1 Definitions

Coachlog - a mobile and web application for football coaches, providing voice observation recording, AI analysis, and performance report generation services. Operator - Fortnight AI LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under number 17085717, providing services under the Coachlog brand. User - a natural or legal person using the Coachlog application through a registered account. Pro - a paid subscription plan unlocking unlimited recording, AI reports, and advanced statistics. Paddle - Paddle.com Market Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, acting as Merchant of Record (the entity accepting payments) for all Coachlog web subscriptions.

Section 2 Services provided

Coachlog provides a mobile application (iOS, Android) and web panel (panel.coachlog.app) that allow coaches to record voice observations during training sessions and matches, with automatic transcription and AI analysis. The Free plan allows 15 recording minutes per month and 3 reports. The Pro plan unlocks 600 recording minutes per month, unlimited reports, and access to AI Assistant features. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available 99.5% of the time, but does not guarantee continuity in the event of failures of external providers (Supabase, Paddle, OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram).

Section 3 Pro subscription

Pro Monthly plan: $9.99 USD per month. Pro Annual plan: $49.99 USD per year (about 58% savings compared with the monthly plan). All subscriptions start with a 7-day trial period during which payment is not collected. A payment card is required during registration for verification. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid billing period.

Section 4 Payments (Merchant of Record)

All web subscription payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record (MoR). This means Paddle is the entity accepting payment, issuing invoices, collecting VAT (or equivalent), and handling tax settlements in the User jurisdiction. The Operator receives net payouts from Paddle (after commission and collected tax) as a single B2B revenue stream. Accepted payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local methods provided by Paddle (PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit, BLIK, and others depending on country). All displayed prices are in USD. Paddle automatically converts the amount into the card currency at the current exchange rate; the amount actually charged may differ slightly from the displayed amount.

Section 5 Cancelling a subscription

A subscription can be cancelled at any time in account settings (Web: Settings -> Subscription -> Manage; Mobile: App Store / Google Play subscriptions). After cancellation, the User keeps full Pro access until the end of the current billing period. After that period ends, the account returns to the Free plan with no further charges. Cancellation during the 7-day trial period results in no charges.

Section 6 Refunds

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the User has the right to a full refund within 14 days of the first payment (outside the trial period). Section 7 Limitation of liability

Coachlog services are provided as-is. The Operator does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI analyses or transcriptions - results depend on recording quality, speaker accent, background noise, and many other factors. The Operator is not responsible for training and tactical decisions made based on Coachlog analyses. The application is a support tool and does not replace the coach judgment. To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Operator toward the User is limited to the amount of fees paid in the last 12 months.

Section 8 Changes to the terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms. The User will be notified by email 30 days in advance about material changes (for example changes concerning payments or personal data). Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means acceptance of those changes. If the User does not accept them, the User may cancel the subscription and delete the account at no cost.

Section 9 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved by courts competent for the Operator registered office, except in consumer matters where the consumer has the right to bring an action before a court competent for their place of residence (in accordance with EU and UK law). This provision does not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory consumer protection laws in the consumer country of residence.
